As of October 6th*, downloads in this board have been revised.Feel free to point any errors I've missed out!
While the downloads have been replaced with the new ones, this doesn't mean that I threw out the old downloads.If you ever would like to check them out, click here.

*excluding Russian cars

EDIT: All car mods have been re-visited for the last time for Steam re-release, however the updates made for cars in the workshop are NOT transferred to downloads in this board.This is due to how this process is time-consuming and tiresome.
